Asturias is the region of Europe with the greatest variety of cheeses that are still produced in many cases in a traditional way.  Within our programs we offer a visit to a fourth-generation family dairy / cheese factory (Los Caserinos), located in a typical Asturian village, which will show you the different dairy products and their elaboration process, from those fresher ones such as yogurt or curd to the different points of maturation of the cheese. And of course, you will discover the native Asturian animals: goats, pigs, horses, sheep... and of course the cows.
