Selva Asturiana is located in the Bolao Forest, in the territory of Soberrón, (Llanes) at the foothills of the Sierra del Cuera, protected by its limestone rock and sheltered in a magical place where legends are entangled in the leaves of the trees. Oaks, Horse Chestnuts, Hazelnuts, Ash trees, Birches... All of them lend us their shade and their branches so that those who visit us learn to suspend themselves like birds or climb like squirrels. Hazelnuts and chestnut trees, holly and holm oaks, ruscos and other thickets are home to tiny species, some have settled on their old trunks, others prefer heights, blackbirds, robins and chickadees, autillos and swifts, occupy the air of our Jungle. Squirrels, roe deer and wild boars try to go unnoticed and we discover their footprints in La Llamarga, between the clay and the royal fern.
In the Pozu de La Mina we see some families of azulones that, temporarily, come with their young while newts, frogs and dragonflies make the water a mirror of their games. In this environment we have considered growing in our leisure offer, improving and expanding it in a sustainable way. Making active tourism compatible with the recovery of our closest environment is our goal.
